Peer Review Policy
This journal is committed to publishing high-quality scholarly research through a rigorous, fair, and transparent double-blind peer review process. Peer review is fundamental to maintaining academic quality, research integrity, and scholarly excellence. All submitted manuscripts are evaluated solely on their academic merit, originality, methodological rigor, and relevance to the journal's scope.
Editorial Screening
Every submitted manuscript undergoes an initial editorial assessment to determine whether it falls within the journal's aims and scope, complies with the submission guidelines, demonstrates sufficient scholarly quality, and adheres to accepted standards of publication ethics. Manuscripts that do not meet these requirements may be declined without external review.
Double-Blind Peer Review
Manuscripts that successfully pass the editorial screening are assigned to at least two independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant subject area. The journal employs a double-blind peer review process in which the identities of both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review process.
Reviewers evaluate submissions based on originality, significance, methodological soundness, ethical compliance, quality of analysis, clarity of presentation, validity of conclusions, and contribution to existing knowledge.
Editorial Decisions
Following peer review, the Editor may make one of the following decisions:
- Accept without revisions;
- Accept subject to minor revisions;
- Invite major revisions and resubmission;
- Reject the manuscript.
The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for the final publication decision.
Confidentiality
All manuscripts submitted for peer review are treated as confidential documents. Reviewers must not disclose or use unpublished information obtained through the review process for personal or professional advantage.
Conflict of Interest
Reviewers must decline review invitations whenever they have financial, institutional, professional, or personal relationships that could compromise the impartiality of their evaluation.
Review Timeline
The journal strives to complete the peer review process as efficiently as possible while maintaining high standards of editorial quality. Review times may vary depending on reviewer availability and the complexity of the manuscript.
