Rev. Luke Ouma Owino Millewa

Rev. Luke Ouma Owino Millewa, PhD, is a Roman Catholic Military Chaplain and a doctoral researcher specializing in Peace, Security, and Conflicts. Currently pursuing his Second PhD in International Relations at the United States International University-Africa (USIU), his academic focus centers on Peace, Security, Conflicts, and Ethics.

A linguistically diverse scholar, he is proficient in English, French, Kiswahili, and Luo, with studied knowledge of Latin, Greek, and Italian. His career is characterized by a unique blend of theological leadership and military service, having served in multiple African Union Missions in Somalia (AMISOM).
