Publication Frequency

This journal is committed to the timely publication and dissemination of high-quality scholarly research through a Continuous Publication model. Under this publishing model, articles are published online individually immediately after they have successfully completed the journal's editorial process, including editorial screening, double-blind peer review, author revisions (where applicable), copyediting, proofreading, typesetting, and final editorial approval.

The Continuous Publication model enables research findings to be disseminated without unnecessary delay by publishing each article as soon as it is ready for publication, rather than waiting for the completion of a full journal issue. This approach enhances the accessibility, visibility, and citation of scholarly work while maintaining the highest standards of academic quality and publication ethics.

Online Publication

Accepted manuscripts are published online on a rolling basis throughout the year. Once published, each article becomes part of the permanent scholarly record and is assigned its final bibliographic information and, where applicable, a Digital Object Identifier (DOI), making it immediately citable and discoverable.

Print Publication

Articles published online may subsequently be compiled into print issues at intervals determined by the journal. The print edition serves as an official archival record and does not delay the online publication of accepted manuscripts. Both the online and print versions contain the same peer-reviewed scholarly content.

Editorial and Peer Review Process

Every manuscript submitted to the journal undergoes a rigorous editorial assessment followed by a double-blind peer review conducted by independent experts in the relevant field. Publication is contingent upon successful completion of peer review, satisfactory revision where required, and final approval by the Editor-in-Chief.

Benefits of Continuous Publication

  • Timely dissemination of new research findings.
  • Immediate online access to peer-reviewed research.
  • Earlier citation and indexing of published articles.
  • Continuous availability of current scholarly content to researchers, practitioners, policymakers, educators, and the wider public.

By adopting the Continuous Publication model, the journal seeks to promote the timely communication of research while maintaining the highest standards of editorial quality, peer review, research integrity, and scholarly publishing.
