Judith Awacorach

Judith Awacorach is a lecturer in the Department of Accounting and Finance at Gulu University, where she also serves as a research supervisor. She is currently a PhD candidate at Gulu University and a guest student at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark. Her doctoral research focuses on green finance incentives and the sustainable livelihoods of green charcoal producers in Uganda.
Beyond her teaching and research, Judith is actively involved in grant writing and research project coordination. She contributed to the Danida Fellowship Centre (DFC) initiative, helping draft the manifesto for "More Women in Research." Her work has been recognized with research grants from Caritas Denmark.
