Professor Charles Gimba Magha-A-Ngimba

Professor Charles Gimba Magha-A-Ngimba is a distinguished Congolese legal scholar, criminologist, and political activist. His extensive research focuses primarily on corporate governance, international humanitarian law, environmental justice, and armed conflict dynamics within Africa. He acts as a crucial bridge between African legal frameworks and global academic institutions.

He serves as a Professor in the Faculty of Law at the University of Kikwit (DRC) and as an Active Researcher in Law at Aston University (UK), specializing in environmental justice and systemic risks. Additionally, he serves as a visiting lecturer and tutor across multiple institutions globally, including Liverpool John Moores University, Coventry University, University of Bedfordshire, UNICAF University, and the School of Criminology in Kinshasa and Goma.
