Biography

Arbogast Oyanga (MPH) is an accomplished Global Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Leader with nearly two decades of experience designing and scaling evidence systems across Africa. Based in Nairobi, Kenya, his work spans the international development, education, health, and energy sectors.

With over 19 years of expertise translating complex data into policy and actionable decisions for national and multi-country programs, he has worked closely with and held leadership roles across key organizations, including RTI International, EIDU Kenya, and as a Co-Founder of SuluFiti Africa Limited.
