Sansa Agnes

Sansa Agnes is an accomplished academic and human resource management professional based in Uganda. She currently serves as an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Marketing and Management at Makerere University, College of Business and Management Sciences (CoBAMS), where she actively contributes to teaching, research, and academic mentorship.
Agnes holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management from Makerere University and is in the final stages of completing her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) at the University of Nairobi, Kenya. Her doctoral research and broader scholarly engagement demonstrate a strong commitment to advancing contemporary knowledge in human resource and organizational studies.
Her academic portfolio reflects a balanced integration of theory and practice, with teaching responsibilities spanning both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
