Dr. Moronya Asha Hesborn

Dr. Moronya Asha Hesborn is a finance and development specialist, lecturer, and consultant with over a decade of experience in program coordination, financial management, youth empowerment, and community mobilization. He holds a PhD in Business Administration (Finance) from Kisii University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA – Advanced Level), with additional training in leadership and cooperative governance.

He has extensive experience managing donor-funded initiatives and strengthening institutional capacity across public, private, and non-profit settings. In academia, he has taught accounting, finance, and business-related courses and contributed to curriculum development and student mentorship. He also brings practical expertise in stakeholder engagement, results-based management, and strategic planning for community-driven and youth-focused programs.
