Professor Raoul-Nicodème Kienge-Kienge Intudi

Professor Raoul-Nicodème Kienge-Kienge Intudi is a prominent Congolese legal scholar and criminologist with high-level expertise in law, criminology, criminal justice, social regulation, and security governance. He is a Full Professor at the University of Kinshasa and is widely recognized for his scholarship, institutional leadership, and contribution to criminological research in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and beyond.

He currently serves as Director of the School of Criminology at the University of Kinshasa and Director of the Guy Houchon Chair in Criminology. His academic and professional work has focused strongly on urban violence, juvenile delinquency, criminal justice reform, prison sociology, and the governance of security in Central Africa.

Professor Kienge-Kienge has made significant contributions to institutional reforms in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, including legal reform, child protection policy, and initiatives addressing youth violence and social reintegration.
